FFG in the Community

Foos Financial Group is proud to support local charitable organizations.

After extensive research in 2011, FFG has committed to volunteer as a team and provide annual donations to Colorado Homeless Families.  On a quarterly basis, our team spends one day working hands-on with the staff of Colorado Homeless Families (CHF) to help with their very important cause.

In September 2011, FFG worked with CHF to help lay new sod in the yards of two housing units.

In December 2011, we helped organize the toys donated for their annual Christmas party, and helped to decorate their offices.

About Colorado Homeless Families (www.chfrb.org)

Colorado Homeless Families (CHF) is a non-profit transitional housing program.  CHF serves families with children who are classified as "New Poor" (families who are homeless for the first time) or "Working Poor" (families who earn low wages and cannot keep up with the rising cost of living, including housing).

CHF houses families for 18 months to 2 years, during which time the adults must be attending school and/or working in a position that will allow their families to become self-sufficient by the end of the program.  A variety of programs have been established to aid families in reaching this goal.
