The Secure Future Approach™ - Your middle to upper management employees are the ideal candidates for The Secure Future Approach™.  This process combines detailed individual planning with a group introduction and conclusion meeting.  Your employees will be engaged in our proprietary 6 step consulting process designed to provide maximum value through self analysis, concise education, and detailed planning for the future.  Our team takes the time to get to know your employees so we can better see the world through their eyes.  Only then do we create a road map of strategies to help accomplish your employee's specific goals.

 

The Secure Future Workshops™ - This process is ideal for your rank-and-file or lower management employees.  We work primarily in a group environment to build a strong foundation of financial education.  The process will challenge your employees with break-out sessions to reveal their true dreams and relate them to the current state of their finances.  Your employees will be encouraged to spend time between workshops with their spouse or family to discuss what is learned, gather information on their current situation, and visualize some of their most important goals.  At the end of the 5 workshops, we will analyze each of your employee's situation and discuss recommendations on a one-on-one basis.
